YOGA Physical EducationStaff List


Yoga and Meditation are Hinduism‘s unique gift to the world. They strengthen our body and mind providing mental peace and physical strength and help us to fight diseases to lead a long and healthy life.


To create more awareness about the powers of Yoga, we have set up a Yoga Center in the campus to give free training to students and staff.


Our yoga center is actively functioning under the able guidance of Mr.P.Vijayakumar, Amirtha Yoga Center, who trains our students on the basic Asanas, breathing techniques and exercises that improve their concentration and memory power which help them to handle real life situations with lot of Mental Strength and Physical Vigor.


YOGA CERTIFICATE COURSE

In our college we are conducting Yoga Certificate Course without charging any fee for the students of our college in this academic year (2010-2011).

YOGA CLASSES

From the year 2007 onwards in our college we are conducting regular classes for all our UG final year students (Computer Science, BCA, BBA, B.Com, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Physics).
