The vision of the media & communication is to offer the young aspiring media students a post graduate course where they can develop comprehensive and critical awareness of diverse communication and media environments.
The mission of the department is to inculcate training in diverse research areas that span an array of fields: journalism, public relations, film studies, development communication, media management, television and radio production, advertising, graphic design and new media; and create a working environment which nurtures new ideas, creativity, research and preparing them to be leaders in media and communication careers.
The Department of Media and Communication was established in the year 2015, which incorporates the latest trends In Communication. The department was started with a broad range, enriching the individual student to flourish rapidly in the developing field of Media.In a short span of time the Department has gained a unique identity. Students are enabled to realize their creative potential and sharpen their visualization skills to face the challenges of the media industry in Journalism, Advertising, Graphic Design, Audio and Video Production, Photography, and film production.
