National Service Scheme involves the students in regular awareness activities by organizing camps every year. Under this scheme, villages are adopted and upliftment activities undertaken, with a motto ‘NOT ME BUT YOU'. Red cross is an internationally reputed voluntary service organization it was founded by Henry Dunant. It has branches all over the world. The red cross plays a vital role during natural calamities like flood, earthquakes & major fire accidents. The role of redcross during the war period in helping the civilians & helping the wounded soldiers is well known to the world. During the peace time also red cross helps the public in prevention & curing of diseases & various kinds of human sufferings. |
